The Bay Islands are located in the Caribbean Sea off the east coast of the Central American country of Honduras. The largest of the Bay Islands, Roatan Island, is a popular diving destination and may be reached by direct flights from the USA. The other major scuba diving island, Utila Island, is reached via commuter fights from the mainland Honduran city of San Pedro Sula.
